It doesn’t matter how many times a day you clean your kitchen: if you don’t remove and clean the burners of the hob frequently, they will accumulate food residues that can reduce the gas intensity over time.
The worst thing is that burners tend to clog up little by little, so we don’t even notice it until the gas intensity gets really low. This results in reduced performance of the hob and, of course, a higher bill for long periods of time.
Fortunately it is possible to clean the burners of the hob using the classic yellow soap. It is a simple and effective method, which takes just a few minutes.
Do you need:
1/4 yellow soap bar
hot water
250 ml of white vinegar
To clean the hob burners, proceed as follows:
Grate the yellow soap and put it in a container.
Bring the water to a boil, then turn off the stove and add the yellow soap. Stir to melt it completely.
Add the white vinegar and immerse in the solution the burners of the hob. Bring to a boil for 20 minutes.
Let cool, then with a sponge rub well on the burners and let stand for another 3 minutes.
Finally, rinse with plenty of water to remove any soap residue.
Now that you know how to clean the hob burners with yellow soap, be sure to apply the method described above once every two weeks to keep them always clean and working well and save on the bill.
