Meatballs with lentils: tasty, nutritious and low in calories

Lentils are a tasty and nutritious legume that has always been part of our diet and has recently become increasingly popular for its health benefits. They contain few calories and many nutrients and help prevent and treat many health problems.

Ingredients: 400 g cooked lentils, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons cumin, 2 eggs, 120 g flour, salt and olive oil to taste.

Cook the lentils in water and salt, then blend them with a blender or food processor. Mix the lentils with the eggs, flour, salt, cumin, and parsley until smooth. Form the meatballs with your hands and bake or fry in very hot oil.
