Recipe for sugar-free coffee ice cream: in a bottle

Making delicious coffee ice cream at home may seem complicated, but with this quick and easy recipe, you can enjoy a creamy and refreshing dessert without the use of an ice cream maker.

We will use only a few ingredients: light cream, stevia, water and instant instant coffee. All you will need, besides the ingredients, is a clean plastic bottle.

250 ml of light cream
3 tablespoons of stevia
2 tablespoons instant instant coffee
100 ml hot water

Procedure
Prepare the instant coffee: In a bowl, mix the instant coffee with hot water until it is completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Combine the ingredients in the bottle: Pour the light cream, stevia and cooled instant coffee into the clean bottle. Close the bottle cap tightly.
Shake vigorously: Shake the bottle vigorously for about 5-10 minutes, until the ingredients are well blended and the cream has begun to whip slightly. If you prefer, you can use a whisk to lightly whip the cream before pouring it into the bottle, but it is not strictly necessary.
Freezing: Place the bottle in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. During the first few hours of freezing, every 30 to 60 minutes, shake the bottle to break up any ice crystals and ensure a creamier consistency.
Serving: Before serving, let the bottle sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes to soften the ice cream slightly. You can then cut the bottle to scoop out the ice cream or use a spoon to serve it directly.
Tips
For a stronger flavor, you can add an extra teaspoon of instant coffee.
If you prefer a different sweetener, such as sugar or honey, you can substitute stevia while keeping the proportions to your taste.
For a richer variation, you can add a pinch of vanilla or a sprinkling of bitter cocoa.
